How long will my order take to arrive?

Once you have received an email informing you that your order has been shipped:
New Zealand Orders: We aim to deliver your order within 2 - 5 working days.

Australia Orders: We aim to deliver your order within 3 - 7 working days via DHL Standard tracked Or Express ship 2 - 4 working days.

Worldwide Orders: We aim to deliver your order within 5 - 14 working days via DHL tracked.

Please note we DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes.

New Zealand $9.50

Australia Standard $17.50 or Express $35.99

International $49.99 - this is subject to change, depending on the destination and you will be notified of this change via email with a shipping invoice.

 

Please note we are not liable for missing packages once it leaves New Zealand. In the case your parcel is lost you will need to contact the carrier in your country.
